Wild-type Axolotl
Axolotls need cool water: 60-68°F (16-20°C). They can get stressed in warm water!
Minimum 20-gallon tank for one axolotl. They need room to swim and explore!
Feed bloodworms, pellets, or brine shrimp every 2-3 days. Don't overfeed!
Change 25% of water weekly. Use dechlorinated water only!
